Thanks Archus, I followed your advice and my first day back on veg went great, I cant believe how full I feel on such little food.

I am experiencing severe pain under my right shoulder blade. Is that liver or kidney? Should I be concerned? I have a funny horse shoe kidney congenital defect.., and I think its on the right...

Also, is my metabolism too slow to eat avocado? Will they cause me put weight back on if I eat them this early on? I had some today and it was amazing. I felt like I could run a marathon after work today.
