lick both of them. don't stop licking them or the ec will come back. I lick them couple times an hour but a little goes a long way so maybe once every couple hours. but I have no idea the correct amount. I just used it because its moisture and that is what my lips need to not dry out. I don't see how you can just lick the top one and not the bottom you gotta do both. if youhave done any reading into this site everybody seems to think that saliva is bad and they don't ever lick there lips, this is the cause of ec.
