No definitely not. I am super sensitive to.. Everything. No allergies but I can't even drink caffeine normally. I only took one dose today and felt a bit weird and uncomfortable. my heart rate spiked again tonight but now that I realize it's from the cleanse I stayed calm and it slowed eventually. Must just be a reaction to herbs or either toxins as others mentioned. The more water I have the better I feel and also, I'm not regular so I started taking some probiotics and increasing fiber which I strongly recommend!
