You are welcome. When you eat salads please take them with minimum of three or four ingredients and no dressing. Only dressing I would have is lemon and lime. No salt, pepper etc.

I would wait for another few weeks for the liver flush, but by all means do the flush.

You and DL both have done a great job and are inspiration to all.
