I think the hardest thing is all the conflicting information and not knowing whats what..

I can't say I know anything about Liver Flushing but I do know that I would start at the most simple route, I do get itchy there occasionally yeah.. also urgent bm in the morning at times my digestion has never been great, my blood Sugar can be a bit up and down and I do eat very well....
