OH MY GOSH !! My doctor said the same thing to me and sent me to the psychologist. It's not in our head. Well for me it is not. I remember specifically telling my doctors that gas is leaking out my anus and they weren't able to find anything wrong with me and sent me straight to pshycology. Meanwhile, a few years later I found a accupuncturist that stated I was not going crazy and there is something wrong with my body. It was a qi dificientcy. If your doctor says that you are going crazy than you should find another one. A lot of Western Doctors aren't able to find and cures some issues and claim that there is nothing to be found. If you are able to find a naturopaths or a Traditional Chinese Medicine practioner go visit them. I also believe that accupuncure is pretty good.
