No I have all composite fillings never had amalgams. A light bulb broke while I was outdoors 3 weeks ago but I didn't really consider that a exposure because it was outside. But right now; my round stops tomorrow so I'm going to lay off the Ala in the mean time because my head feels hot now unfortunately.

Hopefully it isnt new mercury in the brain. I'll know when the rounds over.I'm hoping its released intracellular metals.
