Hi SpagW! Let me know how it goes with the boron. I haven't had a chance to pick it up, so I've just been taking the tiniest amount of borax to prevent another reaction.

Interesting call on the sciatica. I will look into that later, but thank goodness the leg pain is gone and the tingling extremities have near vanished. I still feel so foolish for overdoing the iron. I'm convinced it caused the pain behind my knee. Since I cut back on it for two days, it's hard to know when to add it back in. They say iron remains in the body for a while, but I work out a lot, so I know I will have to add more eventually.
