Ok well lets get a few things confirmed before we start the study.

Before we go any further on why people may be "tormented" in hell, perhaps we want to make sure we are on the same page (or not) on whether flesh and blood can stand before God during the white throne of judgement. Does scripture say where the white throne of judgement will be? Do we just assume it's in heaven? If you can answer me these questions perhaps there will be a little less confusion. For if the dead are resurrected to stand before the throne of God, will they be in recreated flesh once again or will they be in some form of spirit?
