I have used Kombucha tea as well, I love it. Lately I am hooked on coconut milk kefir.

Dandruff, you will not believe it, but it is also a sign of gut microbium imbalance, weak liver and fungus/ parasite infestation.

First you need to clean inside and simultaneously attack from outside. Colin cleanse and Liver Flush will be very helpful. Dr. Clark talks about zapping those buggers with a low frequency zapper. Also apply coconut oil on your scalp everyday, alternate it with castor oil. Do not use shampoos, they will make things worse. I recommend you get Amla powder shampoo, which is without any chemicals.
