Hi!

I'm working with a chiropractor / naturopath and my blood work showed a "viral pattern".

For this, she gave GI-Synergy-SM. However, I've read a lot about different anti- parasite cures (I thought it was parasites, but she says the blood work only shows a viral pattern). What concerns me a little is that it contains so many strong things, like cats claw, that I've read bad things about.

Anyone have any specific experience with this product?

Listing the ingredients below, any feedback welcome:

Wormwood Extract (leaf)
Black Walnut Extract (hull)
Undecylenic Acid (as calcium undecylenate)
Caprylic Acid (as magnesium caprylate)
Barberry Extract (root)
(Berberis vulgaris, Berberis aristata)
Olive Extract (leaf) (standardized to 18% oleuropein)
Garlic Extract (bulb) (standardized to 1% allicin)
Uva Ursi Extract (leaf) (standardized to 20% arbutin)
Cat's Claw Extract (bark)
(standardized to 3% oxindole alkaloids)
Pau D'Arco Extract (bark)
Goldenseal Extract (root)
Oregano Extract (leaf)
Oregon Grape Extract (root)
Chinese Goldthread Extract (root)
Yerba Mansa Extract (leaf)

(As a side note, I'm worried about what detox symptoms may occur, and she's not very available, so I'm looking for another practitioner to help me feel more safe in this process. Have read about people getting the weirdest and strongest reactions like face rashes, cauliflower ear etc when starting anti- parasite / anti-fungal, so it would be good to have someone knowledagble for 'handholding')

Also: How do you distinguish allergic reactions from die-off?
