Olivia, all you are saying sounds good to me, as long as it feels right for you. At the end you need to listen and interact with your body, and this you do best than anyone else. Pink salt maybe good too, except if they colored it intentionally to be pink, instead of naturally pink.
(Sometimes lying can save you a lot of energy and trouble in the world of Fasting. Lol. Good job.)
