I would like to change some information I gave you. Since you have some kidney disease Eposm salt is not good for you to take orally. So instead of Epsom Salt you need to drink Magnesium Citrate soda, which tastes like lemon soda. It is much easier, to guzzle down than ES, which is very bitter tasting.

Some people have no stones in first few flushes and they roll down and out. If nothing comes out in your first flush then I would do another one two to three weeks after staying on light diet.

Stones can be detected with sonogram if they are calcified, but if they ar fresh from cholesterol then they will not show up in sonograms.

If you did Bentonite and nothing came out then you do not have mucoid plaque. Most vegetarians do not have mucoid plaque. I have psyllium husk and Bentonite clay but have not used it. May be tomorrow I will do that. Any particular thing I should know about Bentonite clay? I have never done that before, but I have taken psyllium husk many times. How much of each do you mix?
