These are die-off symptoms so not to worry. It will take a long time to clean your gut if you've had Antibiotics and eat sugar. Perhaps you can also do Colon Cleanse and Liver Flush to further clean internal organs. Another thing you should is to take Colloidal Silver everyday for a few months to kill all bad bacterium in your gut.

For sleep aid you can take, ornithine tablets or L-Glutamine powder or melatonin before going to bed.
