I must say, I'm beginning to lean toward staying on the MC.

Today is the morning of my tenth day, and I decided to weigh myself. I have lost 12.5 lbs in only nine days AND my face is now beginning to clear up.

My tongue is still quite heavily coated. Is this also a sign that I should continue on the MC? Can I expect to continue to lose weight (I need to lose another 15-20 lbs)? If I do decide to stay on the MC, should a pick another date (eg. 21 days) or take it day-by-day?
