Hello, I have found after 7 years I don't get chronic yeast infections anymore, it if from extensive research. The short answer is to avoid Sugar and flour except fruits and take a green purie made from green leaf lettuce and 4 cucumbers and half a head of purple cabbage. Blended and purried, take a coffee cup 2-3 times daily.
