Re. autism. I have read of some success/improvement in autism symptoms using digestive enzymes or proteolytic enzymes......

....digestive enzymes such as Enzymedica Spectrum. Not sure if they need to be taken with each meal, or on an empty stomach.

Best enzymes on the market, apparently, are Jon Barron's enzymes.

Available in the U.S. but they don't ship to Australia (Customs doesn't allow them into the country). So, unfortunately, I can't try them.

Apparently proteolytic enzymes dissolve a lot of built-up waste in the body. An internal cleanse.
