Thank you, Archus!

I happened to have the page still open, so I saw your message.
I ordered Potassium bicarbonate from nuts.com, I believe.
You can use 2-5-10 grams and dissolved in water, then if you like, you can add also glycerin - which also gives the benefit of moisturizer. Then see how much you need to improve symptoms of cramping for example. It rubbed on cramping muscles around 1/10 of the bottle with 2 g of Potassium in it, so seemingly I got 0.2 g of Potassium bicarbonate through my skin today.
-- And I got major relief. I measure the quantity by assuming that a tea spoon contains 5 g. All this is not very precise, but the great part is, that your body's feedback can guide you.
I also ordered Sodium phosphate from Swanson vitamins, while Magnesium chloride is found in natural food stores across America. I use Magnesium citrate - the brand CALM, though.I assume you can use the Epsom as well for that purpose.
These rubs I have in separate containers and are done in the same manner.
I plan to alternate them and see what my body asks for.
My cramps reduced to nearly none at rest and are down by 85% on moving around the apt.
Let me know if you try any of these.
Merry Christmas!
DL
