Was that your first flush?

The most I got out was at flush number 7 so as Moritz says in the book just doing one flush isn't going to be enough. I stopped after flush number 10 for no reason other than it 'felt' like the time to stop. Been pretty good since then but might do a follow up flush in a month or so. In ten flushes I didn't ever see any hard stones emerge but the results were a turnaround in health and energy.
