Yes, it is bloating. When we fast our digestive system is dormant and if we eat too much, too fast then that results in undigested foods, and fermentation in the gut, thus bloating.

It is not permanent and if you don't clear it out now, it will have other consequences, and will take long time, which also depends on what you eat from here on.
