To boost or not to boost. I'm confused on whether or not to eat vegs. that boost the immune system. I read that goji berries are great for you. One of the things it does is boost the immune system. One article even said people with Auto. problems shouldn't eat it. Because of this fact. So does that go for other vegs and fruits that boost it? And suppliments that boost it?
