Thanks for all the effort guys once again I will surely take a look at the video you've posted after Christmas Lilly and no problem Archus I don't mind disclosing my goals. I'm a christian so I've been busy trying to prepare for the holidays lately... My goal actually was, well to achieve spiritual growth to get closer to God, lately I had an insight to do so and the secondary goal was to give my body a break, restore health and to just to try fasting for myself, since I've been reading and hearing a lot about it and its benefits. Since I had a kind of trauma of involuntary poisoning by unknown substances(probably benzodiazepines as I suspect) 2 months ago and felt absolutely horrible with numerous symptoms, I thought fasting would help my body purify itself faster. I'm quite surprised with the results and I hope to explore this type of practice in the future. Merry Christmas everyone.
