Nice post! I know what you mean :)
I just got a visit from a concerned friend who thinks that I am killing myself. I appreciated his reaction, since he was very withdrawn lately, but this made my task to out-speak him on the fasting matters much harder. Then there is my family too that warns me constantly, and I learned to stay: Thank you very much, I appreciate your concerns, but do not worry, I know what I am doing.
