Does praziquantel liquefy parasites?

The reason I ask is this: I usually do daily enemas which remove hundreds of parasites, but since I started prazi two days ago, I've seen barely any. The water which comes out is deeply colored orange, so I was wondering if the prazi liquefies them so I wouldn't see them as they exit me.
