You need to stop the Iodine and continue the co-supplements including the vital selenium.

When your antibody testing comes down to normal, then start Iodine again at very low levels of 3mg a day or less and slowly titrate up.

There are other reasons for high antibody testing. Please read this full report to remove all of the possible sources for abnormally high antibody levels:
