Hi All

I've just recently complete my first fast, of 15 days. I intend to do another fast cycle in around 20 or so days

I broke my fast slowly with oranges and high water content fruit

I noticed that probably half a day after breakfast I got a lot of pain from old scar tissue and although this settled down after a couple of days I wondered if anyone had any experience on pains after fasting

does that mean I should aim to fast longer next time? I had no pains while fasting

Also, I have a tendonosis issue in my forearm, again no pain during fasting but appears to have come back with a vengeance now I am eating again.

can anyone give me any advice please?
