Sounds like you are off to a good start with a sound plan. I am tapering off pain meds right now and looking to start juices on 12/27 then begin my WF on Jan 1. I too plan to get back to 100% raw which is where I was a couple of years ago, not really sure how I got off track but I am ready to get my old self back.

I am also healing a severely torn hamstring and sacrotuberous ligament. I have completed Prolozone Therapy and am tapering off the pain meds so I can begin my WF at the New Year.

Keep up the good fast and keep posting I am very interested in your course.
