Never take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on an empty stomach, as this will induce nausea and vomiting.

That said, you can however, take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with food to help mitigate the effects of nausea, though mixing it with a drink may yield better results as this could increase the potential for the chlorine dioxide gassing effect.

Having said that, if you can't stomach Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (as many do), you may be better off using CDS or CDH variants as these are known to be much easier on the stomach and in some cases, posing no side effects at all.
