I've had twice before, since I got organic just twice. I like them like that too. I was hooked onto baked, boiled and (oh-no!) fried for very long time, so I experiment with new versions of the old habits. I've juiced them once - alone and with Celery few minutes later and it seemed to be a pretty decent drink. No negative adverse effects whatsoever - the opposite, I felt good.
The soil covered potatoes (as if you powdered them with hummus on top) was from the farmers market. Where I live the supermarkets would not deliver such an item either :) :(
Yeah - husbands and wives, ever since I got single again, I have few things less to worry about, and of course few other things in extra to take care of. Never ideal - isn't it?
