Has anyone tried adding coQ10? I recently started using it, after running out of all my anti-candida supplements. I'm constantly running of supplements... that's when I usually try something new to see if I can get new results.


At first I noticed increased hair loss.. but also decreased amounts of scalp pain and increased energy... then slowly the hair loss got less and less frequent. Again, with this I'm still losing hair....but less than before

Yesterday I ate pizza for the first time in months! Was expecting a huge shed, but I loss a little less than the normal amount.

I'm excited, I hope this continues until no more hair loss...
