Yes I agree that all minerals are needed. I think I get enough zinc in my black strap molasses. I'm trying to use more whole foods if possible, but I do like supplements and store some up because we never know if there will be a food shortage one day. I would love to learn to freeze dry my cilantro that I grow. They are so delicate and don't last too long fresh. Air drying doesn't seem to be the way to go.
