I've read that raw dried coconut is better than coconut oil, but that did not specify if it was fried or not (i'm assuming at room temperature). And that the fiber is what pulls them out, whereas the oil is stripped of that, istn't it?
Do you have a source that you could show me? Thanks for your response!
