Well whatever. I'm just delighted to be off the 'helpless, can't take care of myself or my health, only a doctor can fix me' tread mill---without the spasms that were keeping me up half the night. Feel free to run for as long as you like.

Since I did nothing else to stop them, I guess since EFT doesn't work, because you, the wisest of the wise, 'know' it's a red herring so it obviously must be, it must have been a wondrous miracle instead.
