I don't need to worry about all that, cuz I'm not overloading on anything---plus I would tap for bone spurs and excess calcium and stop that from being a problem.

It totally lower the worry and stress levels if you can take the time to learn it (it's sorta like chess, easy learn but takes some work to master) but entirely doable.

But if you'd rather worry, go on ahead, eh?
