I would cut the thing in half and see what comes out. It would be very interesting to look at some of that stuff under a microscope. I would not waste my money on a pharmaceutical drug product. Keeping a food diary will likely help you recognize some of the confusing stuff that comes out. And the rest is just a guess for me.
