For somebody who was plum tuckered out from all those e-mails, you suddenly seem to have acquired an inexplicable burst of energy. I can barely keep up with the torrent of undiluted drivel that I seem to have provoked, so please allow me to disabuse you of just a couple of your own self-inflicted delusions.
Firstly, let's get a trivial one out of the way. It's car, not cat. If I wrote cat in error (I shall go back and check), it was a typo. The letters are adjacent on the keyboard after all, so easily done. I have a 'sick' car, admittedly a poor attempt at humor on my part. It's currently overheating, and I'm doing all my own repairs, even though I'm no mechanic. We don't have a cat. So much for my bad karma, so let's assume Celeste is no mindreader either. So far, her powers appear to be strictly 2nd division, which is roughly what one would expect of Satan.
Secondly, as a Christian, I claim no superiority to anybody, not even you. Here again you demonstrate your wilful ignorance of a core Christian belief. The difference between Christians and non-Christians is not that Christians think they're in any way better. In fact, quite the contrary. The Christians are those who realized at some point in their lives how rotten they really are compared to the impossible standard of God's holiness (Isaiah 6:5; 64:6; Romans 3:9-26), then thrown themselves on His grace and mercy by receiving forgiveness through the shed blood of His Son, who took the punishment for our sin on the cross, and triumphed over it and your Celeste by His resurrection from the dead. That, my dear, is the Gospel in a nutshell. If you never knew it, mark it well. It could be your own salvation one day.
Your risible contention elsewhere, that Satan is the author of the Bible, and therefore by extension of the Gospel just outlined above, is practically the same charge levelled against Jesus almost 2,000 years ago. His retort to His accusers is good enough for me (see Matthew 12:22-32), and confirms my suspicion that only Satan is capable of repeating the same calumny. It would seem that originality is not his strong point, so I'm thankful that my Saviour spared me the trouble of refuting that old canard.
As for the rest.........well, less said...... I'm not too bothered about ad hominem attacks against me, and feel no particular need to defend myself against them either. Truth be told, I did not expect to engage in a protracted exchange with you over your beliefs or mine, so let's agree to differ, and at least try to maintain a degree of civility between us.
