I never thought my mouth would water reading about sprouts and onion juice! hahah. I just finished the 12th day of my first water fast, might switch to juice tomorrow. any suggestions on what to start with? I was hoping to fast a lot longer, but working as a full time nanny it is taking a huge toll on my performance and mood.

I was thinking of straight up switching over to a juice fast.
