Sorry about spelling. Spell checker has mind of its own. The lube for the nozzle I use is vitamin E oil From a capsule. Open capsule. Put the oil on nozzle and insert some into rectrum This makes giving an enema easier I think Val mentioned to use olive oil on the nozzle. I have used olive oil too. I have given a oil enema for hard stools and to help with constipation I have given a soapy enema for cleanse and constipation And given a garlic or cat nip tea for fevers All moms should have the book Prescription For Nutritional Healing. Enemas are listed in that book Also other herbal remedies too
