That's a ton of cardio. You training for a marathon? How do you wear the zapper overnight? I like the product, but can't stand sitting and doing nothing but zapping and reading. I like to create, which is hard to do with hand paddles inhibiting that process.
Any suggestions with the sleep stuff? I like using salt water with my setup

I use the UZI 3 with footpads and hand tubes.
