Probiotics works not only in quantity but also in how many types of strands it has. Some come in 5 strands, 8 strands, 11 strands. More the better. I have been using 30 billion CFUs with 8 strands, it does not have to be split. There are people who use 50 billion CFUs with 11 strands.
