Okay i have some reading and videos to watch.

Id like to just do a UT fast. I was not lasting past 72 hours but i got to that point a couple times already so i may try pushing further.

My diet has been worse lately. Last night i ate crackers and cheese again. Yuck. Also i have been drinking lots of grapefruit and orange juice. Fruit is something i had avoided for about a full year, and i think i cant take fruit because of candida issues. So, whatever indian UT doctors say, but im not indian and im not eating fruit unless it is fresh lemon.

I will look into getting Tennants book somehow.

Ive read some more about the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol and im unsure about it. Its seems very complex and im unsure how i would react. I think UT fasting would be more beneficial in my case, its also easier on my wallet because, i dont spend $ on food!

about the colloidial silver stuff. Id started putting it on my face and now im getting lots of white heads breaking out on my face. I rarely have white heads. I wonder if its detoxing or if i should stop putting that stuff on my face. About my rashes: the CS is not helping the rashes any. I think what helped was UT fasting and applying it to my skin in those stink baths..

All this fruit juice has not done my rashes any good at all. I think i cant take fruit of any kind except lemons, unfortunately.

What is HS2?

I liked that persons post who said they carry a bottle of UT around and keep filling it. That must work easier. I suppose it should be a glass bottle..

It says that chlorine is in U. Is that the same stuff as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?

The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will require more reading. I read the protocols 1000 and 2000.

I brush my teeth with UT every morning. The spit out white bubbly stuff. Then i floss and then brush with UT again. It works. I dont use tooth paste or baking soda, just UT.
