Great post. I think you should post this on Raw vegetarian and probiotic forums as well.

I think you answered your own question about taking probiotic pills. There is nothing like eating raw fruits and vegetables. If you want to resort to pills after a fast, give yourself 10 to 15 days of refeeding time to get all nutrients from raw foods.
