I agree with this statement. Do not start with DEC if you have not had a good "kill" over weeks with either Ivermectin or Albendazole.

The itch would be maddening and the die=off unbearable.

Do a course of Albendazole first or Ivermectin. Whichever one you have not tried. Make sure you get a die-off that required anti-nausea agent. This is the indicator of successful die-off.
