I wish I never did that fruit fast as I am far worse off. Im searching for the reason why so i can deal with it more effectively. I eat very clean, vegetables, oils, nuts, meats, etc

Diet plays no effect on the symptoms, pretty much immediately after I eat anything. I just ponder how candida could flare up so rapidly when its not even in the stomach. I'm sure ive had candida at least mildly since 2012, ive never felt worse. I'm not positive its what's causing the symptoms. It's very isolating

My dr suspects SIBO, but I don't see him again for the test till January, and ive never even got to mention these current symptoms to him

I do also take colostrum

I've cleansed for the most part completely holisticly, but am trying a different approach
