Just quickly guessed based on eggs, oils and almonds I eat a day on average, I'd say 50g a day? Also not eating any Sugar at the moment, only the stuff that occurs naturally in almonds and stuff allowed on the diet, absolutely no fruit or added sugars. Maybe 3g a day...
