Hi, been steady on the candida diet with natural antifungals and I feel like I'm past the worst die-off symptoms. For the past couple days now, my sinuses have been producing yellow phlegm which I hack up in the morning shower and my vagina has been discharging a yellowish looking discharge. I did have bad chronic thrush and bad sinuses prior to the diet - is it clearing up right now? When this is gone, have I gotten through the worst of it?
