I have been suffering form very severe candida overgrowth for 13yrs approx.Reached crisis point 5 yrs ago when my immune system started to shut down. I began to treat the candida
after this and I have been gradually improving over the past 5 years but the major improvement in symptoms in my condition happened after i introduced Barley JUICE powder. I started to pass large amount of biofilm in my stool.
A year ago I started to experiance major die-off and I abandoned barley grass, antifungals and probiotics. I have been experiancing spontaneous die off for a year. In that time my vaginal discharge, dandruff and most of my keratosis pilaris have all but disappeared by the fatigue,brain fog and flu like symptoms are off the scale. I wake up with bile in my mouth and black circles under my eyes.
I feel close to functional when I am on a ten day Oxypowder cleanse but cannot stay on that indefinitely.I have conducted two colon cleanses. I use the sauna 5 days a week for 20-30mins. I take molybedenum, panthothenic acid, renewlife liver detox and milk thistle.
Otherwise I dont know what to do, should I start trying to heal the leaky gut? Am afraid to start colostrum because of further die off.
I feel too fragile to start liver flushing.
Am going to introduce psylium husk next. Any experiance and help that anyone can offer would be great, am reaching the end of my endurance!
