I often take mega doses of vitamin C (esther) without interrupting my daily CS intake.

That said, I'd add that Esther C is not ascorbic and so my own experiences may not relate to people using regular vitamin C products.

PS. I take 2oz of CS three times per day by holding it under the tongue for a min. of 5 mins. then swallowing it.
