A helpful tip I learned about nuts and raisins and dried fruit. You can give them a brief soaking in citric acid which will kill the invisible mold and fungus that likes to grow on the nuts and fruits.

It's probably the molds and fungus on your nuts that is making the candida flare-up.

Also, I'm finding my nuts, raisins and dried cranberries really taste good after the citric acid soaking because you're tasting the actual flavor of the nuts/fruits

You can actually start tasting the mold you're eating when you go back to eating it without the soaking.
