I am not really the most knowledgeable on this forum, but i hope i can give you some support.
I cannot assess your condition so i am not sure if you will die or not, if you don't do anything. The body is really an amazing system that can function with lots of things. I am certain that your desperation and fear are very harmful. You should decide what you want. Get better? Give up? Whatever you decide, be confident. After your decision your should alter your mind accordingly. You can do daily meditation to strengthen yourself. This way you can be supportive to others as well, despite your sickness. The mind is very powerful.
As for me, i found no doctors that would even listen to me properly. Seeing your example it looks exactly the same. So this option you should drop for good. I live in a city where alternative medicine is a booming business and there are many nationalities around. Alternative therapists cost a fortune so i gave up on them (plus i dont think they know enough). There are ayurvedic doctors and there is a center for chinese medicine. These two cost really little and they will not try to sell you vitamins to get their share. They know the body well and they have working protocols. Where do you live? Could this be an option for you? You could check how much would it cost.
Other option, you can check for herbs to match your infection. You can start treating filariasis with herbs. And the other possible infections with added herbs. You can read into it online or use a library, look for chinese or ayurvedic herbs or just any others. The herbs you can surely find online, these might take some weeks to arrive. What are you eating? Is your diet good enough? This is also very important (no overload of sweets, processed foods, refined carbs and additives). You should eat pure and think pure.
Once you have a motivation the ball starts rolling. It is not easy and there is no magic pill. Otherwise everyone would be happy and without problems in this world. Only you can work on your own happiness.
